Reason:
If ARF is used, CA WA CA 7 Edition reads the queues at initialization and attempts to locate all jobs using ARF that ARF was monitoring at the time of the last /SHUTDOWN. To determine the jobs, CA WA CA 7 Edition reads the request, ready and active queues. To resume ARF monitoring for a job, CA WA CA 7 Edition must relocate the ARFSET that it used at the time of the /SHUTDOWN. When the ARFSET is relocated, the job is said to be reconnected.
