Reason:
An attempt to send a cancel request for an XPJOB with jobname/jobno named failed. A problem exists with the data translation from EBCDIC to ASCII. The job is canceled from the CA WA CA 7 Edition queues. The job may not be canceled ("killed") at the platform where the CA WA CA 7 Edition-submitted job is executing.
Action:
Sign in to that platform to kill the process if it is not to continue executing.
