Reason:
During the initialization of the CA WA CA 7 Edition TIQ interface, a failure occurred while attaching module TMSTOCTL.
Action:
Determine the reason for the failure by checking module TMSTOCTL in the CA 1 Load library, and then try again. It may be necessary to assemble and link TMSTOCTL TO correct the error.
