Reason:
An attempt was made to log in a workstation in the Postprocess queue. The job that produces the work for that workstation has not executed or it abended during execution.
Action:
Verify that the input command was correct. If input is accurate, check the status of the job. If the command is invalid, correct and resubmit. A log in can be forced by specifying FORCE=YES.
