Reason:
The network stations could not be added to the specified queue because of an error condition indicated by xx. If xx=00, the queue is probably full. If xx is not 00, a queue access error exists.
Action:
If the queue is full, it must be enlarged or stations must be posted before additional network stations can be added. It may be necessary to delete some stations if only part of the network was added.
