Reason:
This message is issued when a REQUEUE is attempted while ARF is controlling recovery for a job.
Action:
Wait until ARF recovery is complete for the job. The LARFQ command can be used to track the progress of ARF recovery for the job.
If the REQUEUE must be issued prior to the completion of ARF recovery, you can use the ARFP command to terminate ARF recovery processing for the job. After the ARFP command processing is complete, issue the REQUEUE command.
