Reason:
The QJCL panel will not allow a FE (or FETCH) function for jobs that are set as 7UNI jobs unless CA WA CA 7 Edition mixed case editor support has been enabled.
Action:
If the JCL must be modified, then the job could be canceled, the JCL changed outside of CA WA CA 7 Edition, and the DEMAND command used to bring the job in again.
