Reason:
The JCL statement which CA WA CA 7 Edition uses to communicate restart parameters to CA WA Restart Option is not available.
Action:
If INSERT RMS=Y is specified in the database definition for the job, a problem exists with the CA WA CA 7 Edition system. Contact your installation specialist for assistance.
