Reason:
According to the job schedule member, the job's processing cycle has arrived and it should be added to the request queue. However, the job is in locked status and therefore cannot be scheduled. The due-out time specifies when the job must be completed.
Action:
The LLOCK command should be used to determine why the job is in a locked status. If you want scheduling, the reasons for the lock must be corrected. Schedule Resolution must be rerun if the schedule definition is altered. The job may have to be manually demanded into the queue for the current cycle, depending on the reason it is locked.
