Reason:
The job was not entered into the request queue because an error was encountered trying to process the JCL. The error may have been encountered while CA WA CA 7 Edition was attempting to attach the job's JCL. The Trailer queue may not have enough space. llkkkkjj is a return code describing the error. A jj value of 1C indicates that JCL was not attached for the job. The kkkk value is the reason code for the attach failure. See message SCNJ-18 for an explanation of this code.
