Reason:
An attempt to HOLD or RELEASE an agent job at the agent was unsuccessful because the agent environment is not active. This problem can occur if the CA WA CA 7 Edition instance was recycled with the AGENTJOB keyword on the XPDEF file initialization statement set to NO, after having been previously started with a value of YES.
Action:
Try to demand a job to any agent. If the agent environment is not active, you receive an error message.
