Reason:
A null message (a message with no data) was received from agent aaaa...aaaa. The nn error code is the return code from the GET_RESPONSE request, and the nnn is the internal CA IAS code indicating the error. This message probably represents an error on the agent side.
Action:
Determine whether the agent is operating properly. If unable to determine the problem, supply this message, the CA WA CA 7 Edition log data and any other pertinent information to your installation specialist.
