Reason:
The data set specified by xxxxxxxx could not be opened. Issued by SASSINCM.
Action:
Verify that the DD statement is present and correct in the CA WA CA 7 Edition JCL. If the message is for the COMM data set, make sure it is allocated on a device type that is supported.
Note: For the Submit data set the file must be one contiguous extent. DCB attributes for the data set must be: DCB=(RECFM=F,BLKSIZE=80,LRECL=80).
