Reason:
During CA WA CA 7 Edition initialization, an attempt was made to open the VTAM ACB specified on the UCC7VTAM statement in the initialization file. The open was not successful.
Action:
Verify that the ACB (APPL) for CA WA CA 7 Edition is defined correctly to VTAM and that it is active. After verifying the ACB, issue the command /OPEN,GROUP=(the first VTAM group in the initialization file) from a non-VTAM CA WA CA 7 Edition terminal to enable VTAM access to CA WA CA 7 Edition.
