Reason:
CA WA CA 7 Edition may have previously abended with all the Scratch queue space allocated (usually a U0305 abend). All purged Scratch queue space is released, all messages are queued and scratch work areas (active areas) are allocated at the time CA WA CA 7 Edition came down last. This message is also issued when a TYPE=ERST is done. Issued by SASSINW3.
