Reason:
A GENCB macro failed for the VTAM control block named. R15 contains the return code from the GENCB. See the IBM manual z/OS Communications Server: SNA Programming. Specific information about the reason for the failure will be found in the aforementioned publication. A common reason for a GENCB failure is an insufficient region size for the ISPF session.
Action:
Contact your installation specialist for assistance if the error persists.
