Reason:
The named Dialog Manager (xxxxxxxx) macro failed. The value in R15 is the return code from the macro. If nnnnnnnn is 0000000C, check that the ISPPLIB contains the necessary CA WA CA 7 Edition modules. See the appropriate IBM ISPF documentation.
