Reason:
Internal storage allocation request failed.
Action:
Check storage pools by issuing /DISPLAY,Q=ALL. If available NSP space is low according to the /DISPLAY,Q=ALL, increase region size and try again. If available NSP space seems sufficient, the problem may be due to temporary load in system. Try the request again.
