Reason:
The program that handles the CA WA CA 7 Edition TP control has not been assembled for VTAM. When a user who does not have VTAM macros modifies or applies fixes to this module, it must be assembled with the &VTAM symbolic set to NO. If this occurred, subsequent attempts to use VTAM without reassembly with &VTAM set to YES result in this message. A U0499 abend accompanies this message. Issued by SASSLMGR.
