Reason:
The instance control block (ICMDSECT) could not be located. This is a critical error that will cause a U0002 abend and dump.
Action:
Verify that CAIRIM has run to initialize the CA WA CA 7 Edition system environment on this LPAR. Also ensure that the instance to be used has been added. If the problem persists, save all output from the task and contact CA Support at ca.com/support for assistance.
