Reason:
An error occurred accessing the Undeliverable queue. The error could have occurred on an OPEN, READ or WRITE operation. The level of this error is catastrophic. Processing halts with abnormal termination.
Action:
Ensure the Undeliverable queue exists and is contained in the JCL. Contact your installation specialist for assistance. Evaluate the I/O operation that was being performed at the time the error occurred. Rebuild the data set only if necessary.
