Reason:
An error occurred during the OPEN ACB to establish communication with VTAM. The level of this error is catastrophic. The program ends with an abnormal termination.
nnnnnnnn is the APPLID that was trying to OPEN the ACB.
ee is the error field in the ACB after the unsuccessful OPEN of the ACB. See the IBM manual z/OS Communications Server: SNA Programming under the OPEN macro for an explanation of the error codes.
Action:
Contact your installation specialist for assistance. Check the nodes (APPL) and cross domains to make sure they are active in VTAM. Verify that the ACF/VTAM parameters are specified correctly. See the specific error code values for the resolution. Check the UCC7NODE module to make sure the entries are specified correctly and that the first entry is the local node.
