Reason:
Program SASSIVRM was unable to obtain storage for the RSRCPL control block. Either the system was busy or there was insufficient storage.
Action:
Try again. If the system was busy, it should free up after a short time. If that does not work, increase the region size for CA WA CA 7 Edition by 1 MB and retry.
