Reason:
This message is issued as a non-deletable WTO to the master console. The CA WA CA 7 Edition Cross-Platform Tracker (XTRK) has detected that the CA WA CA 7 Edition SMF and SVC interfaces have not been initialized on the local system. These interfaces are initialized using the CAIRIM CAS9 initialization procedure. If the XTRK subtasks were already active, they are terminated. No cross-platform communication occurs while XTRK is in this state.
XTRK checks for CA WA CA 7 Edition CAS9 initialization every two minutes until it detects them or XTRK is shut down. In either case, this WTO is deleted from the master console.
Check the second XTRK JCL parameter and confirm that it points to the correct instance name of the associated copy of CA WA CA 7 Edition. For example: CA71, TEST, and so forth. If not specified, the default is the production (CA71) instance.
Action:
Run the CAIRIM CAS9 procedure to initialize the CA WA CA 7 Edition SMF and SVC interfaces on the local system. See the Systems Programming Guide for specific information about CA WA CA 7 Edition and CAIRIM.
The next time XTRK checks for CA WA CA 7 Edition interface initialization, it detects them and starts the XTRK subtasks to perform the CA WA CA 7 Edition Cross-Platform Tracking functions.
