Reason:
The CA WA CA 7 Edition Cross-Platform Tracker (XTRK) received a valid SNAP command. However, the request could not be satisfied because the XTRK trace SNAP DCB is closed, or the XSNAP DD is not in the JCL or is dummied.
Action:
Issue the XTRK Trace Status command (TRC with no operands) to determine the status of the SNAP trace. If it is closed, issue the open command: TRC(OPEN,SNAP) then reissue the snap request. If the XSNAP DD is dummied, XTRK will have to be terminated, the appropriate DD statement added to the JCL, and XTRK restarted before the SNAP command can be honored.
