Node xxxxxxxx is connected to the local CCI, but the SUBMITC Server is not active.

Reason:

A CAICCI SEND failed. An inquiry showed that the listed node is connected to the local CAICCI, but the SUBMITC Server is not active.

Action:

Perform the following actions:

Check the CAICCI TCP/IP Gateway task to determine whether the local MVS system has a connection to the target node.
If they are connected, check the target system to determine whether the CA scheduling system is active.
Once the CAICCI connection has been established, and/or the target scheduling system is activated, the CA WA CA 7 Edition Cross-Platform Submit job can be rerun.
