Reason:
A user ID of ROOT was specified for this request. However, the SUBROOT parameter was set to or defaulted to NO so the request will not be honored.
Action:
We do not recommend that the use of ROOT to submit jobs to CA NSM JMO. Misuse of this user ID can have serious and unexpected consequences. If you want to use ROOT, you must specify SUBROOT=YES in the PROFILE parameters for the submission job.
