Reason:
The XCF checkpoint data set must be formatted before it can be used. Message CAL2XC18I, stating that CA WA CA 7 Edition has joined an XCF group, should be issued before Message CAL2XC35E, but because of timing issues, is usually issued after. If Message CAL2XC18I is issued after message CAL2XC35E, ignore Message CAL2XC18I.
