Reason:
The CA WA CA 7 Edition initialization options specified that IBM WLM scheduling environment insertion should be performed by CA WA CA 7 Edition. However, VRM must be active to support this feature (DBASE,RSRC=YES). The CA WA CA 7 Edition scheduling environment feature is disabled.
Action:
Specify RSRC=YES on the DBASE statement in the product's initialization file if you want to engage CA WA CA 7 Edition scheduling environment insertion.
