Reason:

An error occurred during initialization of the monitoring environment for the specified monitor instance (instance) listed in the message. The return code from L2JFDBIO (nn) is listed in the message along with the address of the JFDBIO control block (value). The following return codes and reasons are the most likely cause of the problem:

CA7ONL for the specified tracking instance is not active on the LPAR hosting Jobflow Monitor. Ensure that CA7ONL for the instance is completely initialized, and then issue a modify to restart the instance in JFM.
