Reason:
The event listener retrieves events needed for warm start processing. These events are the CA7LOG events created during the warm start recovery interval. The interval begins at the date and time in the message and ends at the date and time that the monitor started. The #ENF CONTROL function requires the format of the date and time in the message. The time portion of the message is presented in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) format. This message is a status message.
