Reason:
Jobflow Monitor was unable to create the name token pair CPM would use to determine on which TCP/IP port to communicate with Jobflow Monitor. Jobflow Monitor continues to run, and the specified monitor instance continues to run, but CPM may not be able to communicate with the monitor instance.
