Reason:

CA Integrated Agent Services (CA IAS) has sent CA WA CA 7 Edition a message indicating that the TCP/IP receiver port is no longer active; thus, CA WA CA 7 Edition is receiving no job feedback data. This could mean that jobs may be in the ready or active queues when the agent has tried to send a status change, but CA WA CA 7 Edition cannot receive those messages. nnnnnnnn represents the return code.

Action:

Perform the following actions:

• Ensure the state of the system's TCP/IP is functioning properly.
• Ensure no other address space is using the receiver port (as indicated in the Agent Definition file on the AGENTRCV keyword).
• Issue the following /IAS commands in the sequence described when the issues are resolved:

  /IAS,FUNC=STOPCOM
  /IAS,FUNC=STARTCOM
