Reason:
CA Integrated Agent Services (CA IAS) has abended with code aaaaaa at least three times. As a result, the CA WA CA 7 Edition system marks the CA IAS component inactive because CA IAS has had repeated problems.
Action:
Check for CA IAS messages (beginning with CAIASnnnnn) to determine what the problems are. Once the problems have been addressed, recycle CA WA CA 7 Edition. For assistance, contact CA Support at ca.com/support.
