Reason:

When processing messages from the CA Integrated Agent Services (CA IAS) interface, a nonzero return code was received, and CA WA CA 7 Edition is no longer able to retrieve messages from CA IAS. This is generally a severe error, and CA IAS may not be functioning properly.
