Reason:

When CA WA CA 7 Edition requests the configuration of the agents for the CA Integrated Agent Services (CA IAS) interface, a nonzero return code was received. The nnnnnnnn fields display the return code from the REQUEST=CONFIGURATION and the object return and reason codes. In addition to this message, the JES job log should contain messages reporting errors found in the IASAGENT and IASCRYPT definitions.

Action:

Perform the following actions:

• Check for other messages in the CA WA CA 7 Edition JES job log for any possible actions to take.
• Correct all errors found in the IASGAENT and IASCRYPT definitions.
