Reason:
CA WA CA 7 Edition is reading the SERVDESK file and found a rule ending on the specified line with an invalid event name. Event names must be exactly six characters long.
Action:
Correct the SERVDESK file, and then issue the /REFRESH,MOD=SERVDESK command to reprocess the file.
