Reason:
CA WA CA 7 Edition is reading the SERVDESK file and found a syntax error in a time value in the specified line and column. Valid times are in the format hhmm (hours and minutes) and must be exactly four digits long. Times are expressed in 24-hour mode (8:15 p.m. is expressed as 2015).
Action:
Correct the SERVDESK file, and then issue the /REFRESH,MOD=SERVDESK command to reprocess the file.
