Reason:
CA WA CA 7 Edition reached end of file in the SERVDESK file before the end of a rule. The partially read rule at the end of the SERVDESK file is discarded.
Action:
Correct the SERVDESK file, and then issue the /REFRESH,MOD=SERVDESK command to reprocess the file.
