Reason:

Either the ICOM task is not up or was starting and had not yet created the ENQ. This message is an exception message issued in the IBM Health Checker address space.
Action:
Determine whether the CA WA CA 7 Edition online task should be up and start it if necessary. If the CA WA CA 7 Edition online task is up, check for a name/token pair error during initialization. Contact your installation specialist for assistance.
