Reason:
The CA WA CA 7 Edition email feature tried to initialize a TCP/IP session but failed. The return code and error number are listed.
Action:
Make sure that the SYSTCPD DD statement in the TCP/IP started task is included in the CA WA CA 7 Edition started task. If the TCP/IP started task has a STEPLIB, add those data sets to the CA WA CA 7 Edition started task STEPLIB. Make sure that the user ID under which CA WA CA 7 Edition runs has an OMVS segment (consult with your security administrator). Refer to the IBM manual for the EZASMI (TCP/IP) interface for more information about the return and error codes from the INITAPI function.
