Reason:

Action:
Make sure that the copy of CA WA CA 7 Edition associated with the VTAM APPL named in the CA7APPL parameter is active and that the VTAM ACB is open. Make sure that this APPL is accessible in the domain where the CA WA CA 7 Edition API session is running.
