INVALID RESPONSE FROM CA-7 TO REQUEST FOR SLU ACBNAME

Reason:

A CA WA CA 7 Edition API session requested the assignment of an ACB name for use in establishing a VTAM link. CA WA CA 7 Edition returned a response not recognized by the requestor.

Action:

Review the following for possible error conditions:

• Determine that the VTAM link is being attempted for the correct copy of CA WA CA 7 Edition. Make sure that the ACB defined for that copy of CA WA CA 7 Edition is named on the CA7APPL keyword in 'userid.VPOINT.PROFILE(CACCENV)'.
• The value for the CA7SESS= keyword in 'userid.VPOINT.PROFILE(CACCENV)' must match the VTAM ACF definitions.

Correct any parameter values that may be in error, and then reexecute the interface. If the error persists, contact your installation specialist for assistance.
