Reason:
The VTAM link with CA WA CA 7 Edition is no longer active. There are several possible explanations for this condition. For example, a VTAM command may have been issued to inactivate the application, or CA WA CA 7 Edition may be down, or a /CLOSE may have been issued to close the CA WA CA 7 Edition VTAM ACB. No CA WA CA 7 Edition terminal sessions are available under the CA WA CA 7 Edition API until the VTAM link is reestablished.
Action:
Determine the cause of the outage and reexecute the interface. If the error persists, contact CA Support at ca.com/support for assistance.
