Reason:
The CA WA CA 7 Edition API interface was unable to establish an online session with CA WA CA 7 Edition.
Action:
Check the system log messages for WTOs issued for your TSO address space that may contain additional diagnostic information. For more information, see the Diagnostics section of the Installation Guide.
