Reason:
The CA WA CA 7 Edition API interface was unable to establish an online session with CA WA CA 7 Edition. The API attempted to sign on to CA WA CA 7 Edition with the current user ID, but the signon was rejected.
Action:
Ensure your TSO user ID is defined as a valid user ID to CA WA CA 7 Edition.
