BTSO-16
CA-7 UNABLE TO START BATCH TERMINAL
Reason:
Either of two conditions may cause this message:
- The PARM value specified a relative batch terminal that does not exist.
- The control record in the Communications data set indicates the specified batch terminal is already in use. This may be due to a /START being inadvertently issued from the CA WA CA 7 Edition Master Terminal.
Action:
If the PARM value in the CLIST is invalid, correct and retry. If condition 2 occurred, make sure that the data center personnel understand the proper use of the /START command. You should be able to retry your command.
