Reason:
Data set action requested is not authorized by the security system for the USERID that Batch Card Load is running under. The access indicated by xxxxxxxx in the message is rejected. See the JOB statement USER parameter or /*LOGONID or /*JOBFROM statements in the JCL for the USERID being checked.
Action:
Resubmit the job with a USERID authorized for the data set action that you want, or contact your installation security administrator to arrange access for the USERID being checked.
