Although every attempt has been made to ensure that resources are efficiently used by ARF, additional resources must be expended to monitor ARF exceptions. The impact of ARF on overall CA WA CA 7 Edition throughput (if any) will vary depending on the extent of its implementation. We therefore recommend that use of ARF be restricted to automating recovery for jobs with recurrent and predictable problems or for those jobs that are on a critical path.
