ADDRQ Usage Notes

Use of this command does not affect the normal requirements as defined in the database. Once defined, this functions as if it had been defined on the DB.3.6 panel. If either requirement type is to apply to every run of the job, update the database using the DB.3.2 or DB.3.6 panels.

The ADDRQ command only updates the record of the job in the request queue, not the database. These requirements are flagged on QM.2 displays with an A in the E column.

The ADDRQ command no longer permits duplicates for dependent jobs or user requirements. If the requirement is satisfied and you want to add it again, you can use the ADDRQ command to re-add it or use the XRQ screen to unpost it.
